The legal bit

  • Average UK download and upload speeds are based on the average download and upload speeds available to at least 50% of customers between the peak hours of 8pm and 10pm
  • The content, terms and price of your contract may change at any time over the length of your minimum term. We'll let you know about any important changes in advance.
  • If you leave within your minimum term, early termination charges may be payable.
  • Prices may be higher for those living in some areas, up to a maximum of £25.99 for 'Origin Broadband' in high-cost areas. If you decide to move your services to a higher/ lower cost area during the minimum term of your contract, the original price of your contract may not be applicable and you may have to pay an increased/decreased fee for your broadband services.   • Please hang on to your postage receipt, as we can only process postage refunds once the delivery has been confirmed. In cases where the hub is not returned, a charge of £40.00 will be applied to your final bill to cover the cost of the hub.
  • We'll get in touch with you shortly before your contract expires with our latest deals and offers. If you choose not to enter into another contract or we don’t hear from you at least 30 days before your contract is due to expire, we'll place you on a rolling monthly contract at the standard rate for the service being provided to your property. This is to ensure that there is no gap in your broadband service, even if there is no fixed-term contract in place. The rates for rolling monthly contracts are subject to change, as there is no fixed-term agreement.
